Mployment has been active in international and national job placement since 2015. The company was founded by entrepreneur Paul van der Holst who, from his background in the food industry, saw a growing need for flex workers within this sector.
From here, the company has continued to expand into other sectors in recent years. The strength of Mployment lies in the personal approach, close involvement with both client and employee.
Our motto is "the security of flexible. We are flexible for the employer. As an employer, you want to be able to respond quickly to supply and demand. Mployment is happy to help you with this! Our intermediaries are fluent in Czech, Dutch and English so that the language barrier is absolutely no problem. Your contact person will visit you regularly to keep a finger on the pulse. In this way the need for more or less capacity is also signaled in time.

We are in possession of the SNA hallmark and the SNF certificate. This shows that we meet the two NEN standards (Dutch companies & foreign companies) and that we handle the accommodation of our temporary workers well and responsibly.
